How Long Will It Take To Cure Blocked Nose With Sneezing, Itchiness, Red Eyes While Taking Ayurvedic Treatment?
Hi I am having sneezing with very bad blocked nose as well as itchiness and red eyes. Now it's been two weeks since I have started taking Ayurveda treatment. But still I'm having a serious blocked nose. I cannot breath and I cannot sleep at night. I breath from my mouth. How long will it take to cure? I'm suffering a lot

Hello and welcome to HCM forum .
I am not an ayurvedic specialist , I specialize in homeopathic treatment and I shall generalize the improvement that I have seen with Homoeopathy with that of Ayurveda .Hence assuming that the ayurvedic treatment is working ,I would say that within the first 1 month of starting the treatment you can feel relief in the nasal blockage and an overall feeling of relative comfort will be there .
The itching and irritation will be there in reduced intensity and as you continue with the treatment and gradually the frequency of the attacks will also come down .
Generally taking plain steam at bedtime helps a lot in improving the air flow to the nasal passages .Also try to assess the allergen and try to avoid it .
