History Of Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy, Removal Of Fallopian Tube. Pregnant, Low Back Pain, Cramping. Meaning?

I JUST FOUND OUT YESTERDAY MAY 31, 2013, THAT I AM PREGNANT. MY LAST MENSTRUAL PERIOD WAS ON APRIL 26, 2013. I RECENTLY HAD A RUPTURED ECTOPIC PREGNANCY WITH REMOVAL OF RIGHT FALLOPIAN TUBE ON MARCH 14, 2013. I WENT TO MY DOCTOR WITH COMPLAINTS OF LOW BACK PAIN AND CRAMPING. I HAD A TRANSABDOMINAL AND TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASOUND WITH NO EVIDENCE OF INTRAUTERINE PREGNANCY. BHCG LEVEL 461. WHAT DOES ALL OF THIS MEAN?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult with your gynaecologist that she should rule out ectopic also because there is a previous history of ectopic pregnancy.
You should wait for another one week for repeat ultrasonography to find out gestational sac.
Take proper rest, take healthy diet, take folic acid.
Good luck.
Take care.
