Having Irregular Periods After Giving Birth, Had Dilation And Curettage And Tubes Tied, Still Bleeding

I gave birth to my second baby five months ago I have been bleeding off and on since his birth. Bleed for 9-12 days then stop for about 5-7 days then bleeding starts again. I had a D&C and had my tubes tied about 3 weeks ago and I am still bleeding. My Gyno gave me a script for Provera and said it should stop the bleeding. The Provera has done nothing for me! Should I get a second opinion?
