Has Cirrhosis, Hep C, Lung Cancer. For Kidney/liver Transplant Does This Cancer Have To Be Resolved ?

husband 55yo golf ball sized brain tumor removed 6 weeks ago. has 3-4 cm area to lung cancer small cell, has hep c, cirrhosis, atn developing. in order to get transplant-liver/kidney does the lung cancer have to be resolved for what period of time. atn treatment options are what-if dialysis not indicated. kidneys at present unremarkable and liver has moderate amount of ascite

Hello.In order to make a transplant is not important cancer time resolution as cancer stage.If it is a lung tumor exteded to other organs;transplant- and dialysis-not can be made.Your doctor can tell you about other treatments
whether transplant and dialysis are not possible.
