Had Miscarriage, Pregnancy Test Negative, Missing Periods, Abdominal Cramps. What's Going On?

Im 7 days late for my period, ive been sleeping with my partner for a few times throughout the month, i had a misscarridge 4 months ago, and ive took pregnancy tests yet there all negative, im never really late i have a usual 29 day cycle and im getting really painful cramps like im coming on but ive had them for 8 days yet when i ususally come on i dont get pains maybe a few cramps the day before and thats it, any idea whats going on? lucy

In my opinion it can be an ectopic pregnancy, get a pelvic ultrasonography and b-HCG levels in blood and then visit a gynecologist for analysis of reports and examination.
