Fell On The Icy Sidewalk, Lower Back, Upper Thighs Hurt. Suggestions ?

I fell on the icy sidewalk about a week ago. I landed flat on my behind. My legs just slipped out from under me. Not my lower back and upper thighs really hurt, especially when I bend. There is no bruise visible. It feels a little better than it did, but it s still very painful after almost a week. Any suggestions?

Hi,
From history it appears that you might be having strain on back muscles and muscles gone into spasm giving riseto this problem.
Take analgesic, muscle relaxant medicines for 2-3 days.
Apply some analgesic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
