What Causes Lower Back Pain Radiating To The Knees Post Back Surgery?

Had back surgery nerve pain relieved. But now pain across lower back pain going down thighs knees now very painful ,pain goes down to ankles . Milogram results are negative. Cannot stand for ten minutes. Back feels like it is crushing downward. I need help. Any ideas

Hello,

It could be a neuropathic pain like sciatica.

As a first line management you can take drugs like gabapentin for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
