Feeling Lightheaded And Dizzy Before Periods. Due To Change In Hormones?
The past few months I have noticed that the day before and around my period I am feeling light headed and dizzy. It has been causing my anxiety to surface and is concerning to me. I had my blood checked and everything came back normal. Wondering what else it could be and what I should check. I am 40 years old and don't know if maybe my hormones are changing??? Please help. Dee
