Trouble Falling Sleep, Feel Overheated At Night, Feeling Hungry, Light Headed, Nausea. What Could Be Happening?

Hello. For the past 3 weeks I have been having a hard time falling asleep and I keep feeling over heated at night. I have also been hungry a lot where I feel like I cannot eat enough food. I have been eating a lot more then normal but I never feel full. Today I feel very light headed and neasuous. What could be happening to me?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Possible hormone imbalance from various issues as gastric upset or else.

My recommendations for the best recovery
- avoid stress, anxiety
- do not skip lunch or snacks time
- take small amounts of food at frequent intervals
- deep breathing exercises and YOGA
- fresh air walk
- avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming.

Consult your family care physician for primary evaluation and basic reports needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
