Dr Tea - slimming tea

Hi, is there any beneficial in consuming Dr. Tea (a herbal weight loss tea) advertised in India TV channels ? From the expert point of view, do you think this kind of stuffs really help in losing weight ?

Hi,thanks for query.Please understand that there are no short cuts to loose weight.The products seen on T.V. make tall claims,but lack sufficient scientific evidence.This is common for all products.Please do not rely on such ads and avoid falling in trap.People tend to bye it out of curiosity that is they want.If it is really effective why it is not marketed to doctor directly as a weight loss drug.bye.

Most of Slimming drinks are doing the same action which is increasing urine & stool excretion & most of them r purely diuretics.
But many Recent researches are talking about the benefits of PolyPhenols (in Green Tea) in reducing the fat content of the body by depletion fat stores, so I would recommend drinking Iced Green Tea (Don't use boiling water on it) with a diet & exercise program.
