Banged Elbow, Not Able To Move, Painful. What To Do?

Hello, Thanks for writing to us REST the injured area and avoid doing any activities that causes pain - ICE COMPRESSION over the painful area once in 2-3 hours - Wrap an ELASTIC COMPRESSION BANDAGE around the painful area - Elevate your left upper limb on a cushion or a pillow while you are lying and sitting and by cuff and collar sling while standing. - Use analgesic anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve to reduce the pain and inflammation.
