Banged Elbow, Not Able To Move, Painful. What To Do?

I banged the very end of my elbow hard about 2-3 weeks ago. I have been able to move it no problem (and no pain) but if I touch or lean on it it is still really painful. There is no bruising or swelling that I can see and it is in a very specific small are where the pain is

REST the injured area and avoid doing any activities that causes pain
- ICE COMPRESSION over the painful area once in 2-3 hours
- Wrap an ELASTIC COMPRESSION BANDAGE around the painful area
- Elevate your left upper limb on a cushion or a pillow while you are lying and sitting and by cuff and collar sling while standing.
- Use analgesic anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve to reduce the pain and inflammation.
