How To Treat The Dent Between The Elbow Caused By A Hit?

Hi, I hit my elbow on the corner of the dado rail as I was running past, my fingers are swollen and feel numb and tingly. I can move my elbow, could I have chipped a bone, I have a dent between the main elbow bone and the other small ball on the elbow

Hi,

In these injuries with distal swelling. It is always better to get X rays to rule out any fracture. So get X-rays ASAP.

In the meantime, take painkillers and use a crepe bandage to grip your elbow up to fingers. It will provide support and compression.
