Hello my son is 8 and has been referred to see a specialist hes penis enlarges hugely when he wees and the doctor said the foreskin has not yet broke and the hole which he wees from is really small, can you tell me what may happen also can you explain to me what circumstice means when you read online everyone seems to be against it
