What Causes Foreskin Lumps With Discoloration?
My 3 month old has not been circumsized yet because he has a hypospadeous (spelling?). We noticed the other day that there are some white bumps around the crease where the foreskin attaches to the penis. They have not always been there. Just showed up the past few weeks. Is this something to be concerned about?

These might be the normal gland there, which are visible and exposed due to hypospadias. If there is no active discharge or surrounding colour change, we need not worry. You can confirm through a direct examination with your doctor.
