What Causes White Dots On Foreskin?
Hi, I have just noticed these small white dot clusters on the skin of my penis. I am circumcised and notices these white dots on the foreskin, Not on the glans. what are they, only noticed then 2 days ago and had no sex in 16 weeks oral or anything.

It may be due to smegma.
As it's asymptomatic there is no need for any active management.
In case of bleeding you may require laser treatment after surgeon consultation.
Watch for symptoms fever, penile discharge, abdominal pain than you may require detailed evaluation by physician.
