Hi,
Thank you for query.

Hypothyroidism causes tachycardia, but once you keep thyroid levels under control everything will be fine.
Get FT3,FT4,TSH done and check your thyroid levels.
I think mostly you need to take low dosage of thyronorm.
You are on high dosage.
Vitamin B12 deficiency also causes tachycardia in few people.
Be on strict diet.Avoid food made of maida, carbonated drinks, fatty diet.
Drink plenty of fluids at least 4- 5 litres per/day.

Get back if any query.

Hi,
Thank you for follow up.

Hypothyroidism leads to tachycardia. Just get the tests i advised above to find out recent values of thyroid.
It generally happens in hypothyroidismm patients
Don't worry. Be on strict diet like avoid Non veg, carbonated drinks, junk.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables.
You have to take Vitamin B12 injections unless your B12 value comes to normal.
Consult another physician for second opinion.
