What Do These Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi My wife is 1 month pregnant. I need some help. I am sending all reports and medicine details. could you please take a look and let me know if there is any problem.

her TSH :3.39 now. Thyroid antibody : nagetive and taking medicine thyroxine sodium .25mg dailty 1 before breakfast. urine culture showed insignificant growth

As per your details the dose of thyroxine is appropriate. Further adjustment in dose will be made on repeating TSH levels after 4 weeks.
Urine culture is normal and no treatment is needed for it.

All the reports are normal.
TSH levels are slightly raised for which the thyronorm is started.
Vitamin Deficiencies levels are slightly decreased, for which the supplementation should be started.
