hello, Looks- fungal infection of nails & you develop it repeatedly. Get a scratch test from nail scrapping- if the culture comes out to be fungus. Taking antifungal will help( but show it to a doctor first). Along with that you will need an antibiotic like cefexime 200mg twice a day or 5 days. Avoid wetting of the nails; take iron, calcium, zinc and selinium vitamin supplement. Dr. Manisha Gopal
