I am sorry to hear that you have facial paralysis or bells palsy. Unfortunately there is not treatment to improve your facial muscle tone. With time the paralysis will improve and you may get back most of your muscle movement. I recommend trying to make facial expressions daily and with time the paralysis will get better.
