Sir i just got my semen analysis report , can you please explain me the results Quantity:04 ML Color:Opaque grey Apperance :Normal Liquificaion Time : 30 minutes Total Sperm Count : 20 Million/ml Active Motile :05 % Sluggish Motile:35 % Non-Motile : 60 % Normal Forms: 85 % Double Tail :01% Tail Less :03% Pin Head: 05% Giant Head: 04% Swallen Neck: 02 % Pus Cells: 2-4/hpf Epithelial Cells : Nil RCBs : Nil Organism Isolated : Candida sps Moderate

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The quantity of semen is enough at 4ml- should be at least 2 ml.
The sperm count is also adequate- should be at least 20 million and yours is just in the range
At least 50% should be mobile, in the above results 60% are non motile so this is slightly abnormal.

In terms of morphology which looks at the appearance of the sperm, at least 35% are suppose to have normal appearance-85% of yours are normal which is good
They also isolated a moderate amount of candida, which causes yeast infection
