Hello there, You seem to be having excessive dryness of lips and also a vitamin deficiency. Apply lip balm or coconut oil or mustard oil on your lips and dry areas around lips atleast 3 times a day. Also have a multivitamin with vit C and B complex which will help you heal your peeled lips faster. Do not lick your lips frequently as this will dry them out. Dr arun A
