Numbness In Upper Lip, Have Downward Bulge, Feeling With Strange Bump On Pressing The Lips. What Could Be The Cause?

This morning I suddenly felt a numbness in my upper lip . Right in the middle of my upper lip, the lip is now bulging downwards. When I purse my lips or move my upper lip, I can feel a strange bump and numbness in there. There is no sore, inside or outside of the lip, but when I gently squeeze my upper lip, I can feel a swell/bump inside the lip that s around the size of a marble.
