MRI Shows Degenerative Arthritis. Have Psoriasis. Do I Have Psoriatic Arthritis?

I was told today that my neck MRI showed degenerative arthritis. I have severe psoriasis on over 75% of my body. However, I have never been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis . Could this mean I DO have it? It also showed severe stenosis ...I think he said at C6-C7. Anyway, my main concern is...should I see a rhematologist?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The degenerative changes in the cervical spine that you have may or may not be related to psoriasis. You can consult an orthopedician for a proper assessment and treatment. Avoid using a pillow till then.
