Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns. When ever stressed, just take time in silence. Take deep breathe and breathe out slowly. Try this for a while several times. Listen to light music. Do something interesting to you. In long term try early morning exercises like morning walk, gym etc., try yoga. Hope this guides you. Thank you.
