What Is The Ideal Splint For DeQuervain's Tenosynovitis?

I just discovered that my wrist pain which has been an issue for the past two weeks, is DeQuervain's Tenosynovitis. The Finkelstein test was extremely painful with very little movement toward my little finger. What type of splint do you recommend and I am concerned about RA, since my daughter has an autoimmune disease and I have recently been turned down for donating blood due to arthritic inflammation. I know that's a lot to answer! My email address is YYYY@YYYY . Thank you for any info you have!
