What Is The Remedy For Sinus Problems?

IF A PERSON HAS SINUS PROBLEMS AND ONE EAR FILLS UP WITH FLUID TO THE POINT OF LEAKING CLEAR LIQUID, CAN THE FLUID BE SUCKED OUT BY THE DOCTOR EACH TIME IT HAPPENS. THIS PERSON IS SEEING A DR. WHO HAS PRESCRIBED DIFFERENT DRUGS TO HELP HER BUT THEY DON'T DO MUCH FOR THE EAR.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

well, ideally the doctor should not be able to suck the fluid since the ear drum should be intact and if he is able to do so , then it is likely that the ear drum is also perforated.
The source of infection is the sinus and unless the sinus infection is taken care of, the ear will not become normal.
Please meet an ent doctor, he will examine your friend and prescribe the necessary medications.
Thanks

ENT Specialist Dr. Deepashree's  Response
Hi, yes the doctor can suck the liquid in ear every time or u can ask him to put a grommet in the ear, thus js a ventilation tube inserted vin the ear drum for drainage.
We do not know what medicine doc tor has prescribed.
Its better consult another doctor and get it completely examined and treated.
