Pain In My Lower Throat

hi im 17 and male and everytime i swallow i get a pain on the lower right side of my throat right above the collar bone it feels like there is flem or something there to me

if you are smoker stop smoking ....and if u have cough ,it needs to be controlled . And if the problem persist u need the roat to be examined by an ENT expert to look particular area.
