Dear madam
Omega acids have been found to be helpful in patients with low ejection fraction and heart failure in some trials. These has not turned to be a part of guidelines as yet. But you may try it after consulting your physician.
The pregnancy may have bad effects on heart and is contraindicated in some cases. Consult your cardiologist.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
