I am Betaloc 50 X BD, S numlo 5 mg OD, Calaptin 120 mg sr and olemesartan 40mg OD since last 8 months. I am patient of hypertropic cardiomypathy non obstructive. With these medicines my BP remains 120/84. At times I feel body drag and fatigue. Could it be because of extra dosage. Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that chronic fatigue could be related to Betaloc adverse effects.

I don't think that you are taking an extra dosage as your blood pressure values seem to be normal and not too low.

Coming to this point, I would recommend reducing gradually the dose of Betaloc.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
