Incidental Cyst On His Kidney And Also Is Suffering From Pains Around His Sternum Back, Kindly Help

My partner has got an incidental cyst on his kidney and also is suffering from pains around his sternum back and his breathing hurts He has had ct scans and and endoscopy and they can back normal apart from the cyst The hospital has given him no treatment and the pain is getting worse has anyone any ideas as to what could be wrong with him and what we should do Thanks for reading x
