hi sir . i had a painless cyst on my left side neck. through surgery my Dr remove it. but again some cyst arising same side of neck but middle region of neck. and i have 3 small cyst on my abdomen that are also solid , painless and movable. i am a active smoker. that is cause for arising these cyst

It may be fibroma not cyst, as it is solid. Consult the dermatologist or general surgeon for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. After thorough examination and investigations, your surgeon may remove the fibromas under local anesthesia.
