back pain, MRI report normal, pain in leg

I have been having back pain for over a year. It sometimes resides in my shoulder blades as well. It seems to move around. I have been to the doctor (when I had insurance) and had an MRI but there was nothing found. The pain is increasingly getting worse and I can t go back to the doctor since I do not have health insurance. Today the pain was also in my legs. I m not sure what to do.
