Would Taking Celestone Shot Could Effect The Pregnancy?

I am trying to get pregnant. I got a severe allergic reaction to something I ate. I went to the doctor because Benadryl did not work. They gave me a shot of celestone. There is a possibility I could be pregnant and it is too early to test to know for sure. Would the celestone shot have any effect on the fetus or effect on me holding the pregnancy?
