Hi,

You seem to have acne vulgaris and your doctor has given right treatment clindamycine and adapalene combined gel. I think you have developed irritant dermatitis due to adapalene. You do not worry. You just apply aloe vera containing gel or antibiotic with mild steroid cream. And you stop the gel you are applying..
You may continue oral antibiotic like minocycline 50 mg daily. Avoid to wash the face with soap. After clearance of dryness and irritation, you may apply only clindamycine gel and that also on pimple lesions..ok.I feel that you may be alright. I hope you got my answer..

Thanks.
