Woke Up With Numbness In Arm, Later In Leg. Heart Raced Heavily. Arm Is Numb Now. Suggestions?
Hello - I had numbness in left hand and arm yesterday as just woke up because of it again. When I woke up my left leg experienced the same thing and then I experienced what I would describe as a panic attack. My heart raced very fast for a few minutes... Thought I was having a heart attack. Now my heart has returned to normal pace. I feel as though it could come on again at any moment. My left arm still has some numbness.
I understand your concerns. I wonder if you have seen a neurologist for the numbness in the arm and leg. It seems to be all over the place in patches and it seems to be related to your having a neurological condition called multiple sclerosis. I also attribute your panic attack to the condition as it has been the case in many case studies. I also think that you should get an MRI, however scheduling an appointment with a neurologist would be primary.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a lovely day!
