Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Presence of pus cells in urine is suggestive of urinary tract infection. It can lead to fetal growth restriction and preterm labour and delivery , if not treated in time.
I would suggest you to get a urine culture and sensitivity test done and get appropriate treatment with antibiotics.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
