Hello, My sperm count was tested and is fine. My question is due to a sinus infection will this have any affect on spearm quality? Will this affect the fetus through its development? Thank you. Brian

Sinus infection is a infection of paranasal sinus and it will not affect the quality of sperms.
Also it will not harm fetal development in any way.
