Will The Intake Of Diazepams Make My Anxiety Worse?

I ve taken around 70mg of mepv research chem like meph but little more intense through the day my last was like 5 mg 3 hours ago I m starting to feel panicky I have 10mg diazepams I m realy temyed to take one but will it make my anxiety worse as I ll worry about breathing lol not :( please help ASAP

Diazepam will certainly reduce your anxiety but you need to inform your treating doctor before you take it as them may need to register the ADR with the research team which had prescribed the treatment.
