Will The Baby Have Congenital Abnormality If Mother Is Having Rubella Igg, Cmv Igg, Hsv Igg Positive During Pregnancy Period?

i am 30 yrs old and having 15 wees of pregnancy with rubelle igg and cmv igg positive and hsv igm and hsv igg positive . so my unborn baby is safe or it may have some congenital abnormality. my doc is giving me antibody piles regarding the same from the begining. give me right advice.

Torch tests include both igg and igm to comment about it
what trimister the repors were repoted?
it depends on the age of pregnancy and positivty of igm of all the bacteria and virus
recieving prophylactic antibiotics for piles will not affect the baby when used the safe antibiotics for pregnancy
