Will Taking B Complex And Multivitamins Cause Yellow Color Urine And Sweat?
Is it common or even possible for B complex and Multivitamins to turn SWEAT yellow, it turns urine yellow I know that is common but it turns my sweat yellow and stains my clothes so I quit taking them and it goes away. Could it be bad vitamins, dehydration? How can I make it go away?
Urine, sweat, breath and faeces are all routes of removal of body metabolites and waste products.
Bcomplex can turn urine yellow and may also be excreted through sweat.Since B complex is a water soluble vitamin, adequate hydration can reduce the symptoms.
Plenty of fluids and taking the drug at night may reduce these adverse effects.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
