Will Positive IgG And IgM Cause Harm To Baby During Pregnancy?

Doctor, I just found out 2 days ago that I am 6 weeks pregnant. However, during the 2nd week, I may have contracted rubella with symptoms like rashes, fever, headache, and joint pain. During the sickness, I did not get tested whether I contracted rubella. Today, I got the lab results showing: iGg + and iGm - (negative). I was vaccinated for MMR in 2007. My question is, what does the test result mean? How will it affect my pregnancy? Will I have CRS? Is it too soon to consider for abortion?

HELLO DEAR
I have gone through your question , dear your reports suggest you are immune to rubella. IgG POSITIVE means you are immune to rubella and IgM NEGATIVE means you did not have recent infection . Conclusion is your baby is fine but then also you should go for level 1 (NT ) scan at 11 to 13 weeks of gestation and level 2 (anamoly) scan at 20 to 21 weeks of gestation . In my view you can continue pregnancy.
THANKS
