Will My Normal Hearing Be Restored After Medical Treatment?

Hello,
I had total of four surgeries for my ears 2 on each respectively for colestetoma infection. After that i ve got around 50 percent hearing loss and using hearing aids in both ears.
Is there any hope that my normal hearing can be restore by medical treatment.

no there are no chances as the nerves are involved in loss when the nerves are damaged no medical treatment can help
this is my opinion in 25 years of experience
