Hello,
High insulin levels may reflect a condition called as Insulin resistance. Are you overweight? How are your periods. High insulin levels can lead to diabetes later in life. It can cause obesity and irregular periods. It can also cause darkish skin pigmentation in axilla and neck etc. It is important to lose weight and to do exercise to reduce insulin levels
