General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

VDM kit is a combination of three drugs which is used to treat vaginal discharge and infection caused by bacteria and fungi. This drug is not a treatment for infertility. Kindly take a pelvic ultrasound, LH and Estradiol levels. The first step is to rule out any uterine or ovarian disorders and also whether you are ovulating or not. After availability of the above information, further management can be decided.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
