Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

In absence of gym you can continue regular exercise like running, jogging, swimming etc. for 30-40 minutes in a day for 5 days in a week.

Avoid more fat, carbohydrates, sweets, icecreams etc.

Avoid more tea, coFFEE.

Maintain Calorie positive / negative ratio.

Observe that calorie intake should not increase than calorie output.

Ok and bye.
