Widel Test Says S.typhi O Antigen Is Positive, TH Also Positive. Suggest
sir, actually i have been suffering typhoid .As per widel test, the S.typhi O antigen is positive(1:320 dilution) and TH also(1:160 dilution) is positive.since the total blood count was more that 0000 that is 0000, now it is reduced to 7100. local doctor suggest to have diet contorl and not to take further antibiotics . please suggest what to do my email id is YYYY@YYYY thanks, AP Mishra

If you completed the course of medicine for typhoid and there is no temperature, it means you are cured of typhoid.
Nothing to worry about high titer of S. Widal as it remains high for some time.
You should be careful about not having relapse.
Take light diet.
