Why Was I Prescribed Bigomet, Dimet And Glycomet By Different Doctors For PCOD?

goodmorning doctor.i am a pcod patient.i consulted 3 doctors.one gave me bigomet,the other gave me dimet and the third doc gave me glycomet.i dint tak the first 2 tablets.i started with glycomet.can u explain me the differences between all these?and also wich is the best for me

All both of them(bigomet,dimet,glycomet)are the same ,metformine.
Metformine is the first chooise for treatment of PCOS in women with increased insulinemia.
