Why Was I Dehydrated And Tired Today?
Hi . I became dehydrated today. I feel so tired and I just afraid of something. I went to emergency today and they check all blood test and urine test. All thins was pretty good. The only thing that they told me it was dehydrated..Do you what is cause this problem?

You have mentioned that you feel tired , yes it can be to dehydration also , dont worry , take Powder Electrol and dissolve in one litre of water and when you feel weakness and tired drink electrol in place of water you will feel better.
