Stress is known to exacerbate vomiting in pregnancy. What she needs is reassurance and peace. Once her mind is at rest, the body will also stop reacting adversely.
She must also eat and drink regularly, because the less she eats, the more hypoglycemic she will become and that will increase her nausea and vomiting. If she is not able to retain anything, you can try a simple anti-emetic till she is able to retain food in her stomach. But she needs to eat to reduce her physical stress and she needs to relax to reduce her mental stress.

All the best!
