Why Smelling Sulphur After Treating Nasal Congestion?
My dr was treating me for nasal congestion but I had to stop taking the medication now all I can smell is sulphur and I don t know what it is? Please help. Also the one side of my nose is clear which is the side I smell the sulphur in the other side is plugged which I can t seem to clear it.

Here mostly you have aberrent smell perception called parosmia.
This can be due to rhinitis,rhinosinusitis, trauma, surgery,polyp,toxic injury like radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
So your previous nasal congestion was mostly associated with infection like sinusitis or rhinitis.Which is leading you parosmia right now.
If still congestion along with infection , antibiotic has to be taken.
